CheapTickets.sg links arms with Agoda.com

CHEAPTICKETS.sg has signed an agreement with Agoda.com in Singapore to integrate the latter’s discounted hotel room inventory into its own online sales platform.

 

Under the terms of the partnership, CheapTickets.sg will be able to feature Agoda.com’s competitive accommodation rates alongside its own discounted airfares.

 

Positioned as a one-stop shop for travel booking services, the enhanced CheapTickets.sg will provide travellers with a wider range of discounted accommodation and airfare options.

 

Existing Agoda.com users will also be able to earn and use Agoda.com’s rewards points when they perform hotel bookings on CheapTickets.sg.

 

Isabel Gonzalez, director, CheapTickets.sg, said: “CheapTickets.sg’s partnership with Agoda.com will help provide a comprehensive and faster experience for those seeking the most affordable and hassle-free online travel shopping in Singapore.”

I have try to book flight tickets via www.cheaptickets.sg recently, after keying in security password issue by bank via msg to my phone it\'s says security password is incorrect, I try 2nd time it says credit card details is wrong. I called my bank immediately and it\'s confirmed the transaction is valid & my card has been charged for that amount. Quickly I call \" cheaptickets \" at 65 31582693 ( their 24/7 help line ) and was on hold by auto answering but nobody pick up for abt 30mins. I gave up and try calling again in the morning abt 7 hrs later, cheaptickets.sg staff pick up and confirmed there is no booking for us. I ask him for refund since my bank already confirmed this transaction charges, he said he will check with his finance & get back to me within 24hrs, however till now no reply at all via email or phone call for more than 50 over hrs. I even email many times to them at \"cs.cheaptickets.sg\" asking for a reply and still no reply. I tried call bank asking for cancellation/stop of this payment, however to my surprise they say can\'t and can only be done by merchants. Can anyone from cheaptickets.sg or Agoda.com help me and reply me on this issue ? Now my card was charged and with no tickets, how to go for my trip ?
