Weeding out the weakest link

Indonesia’s Mapanget Mega Wisata Tours and Travel Services has been organising extreme culinary tours into the highlands of Manado, Indonesia that may work very well as an activity for employers to suss out weaklings in the company.

These tours, costing US$5 per person, take participants to a restaurant specialising in exotic meats, where guests are fed house cats, jungle rats, bats and other interesting meats.

Of course, not all could stomach such exotic eats, said the agency’s sales and marketing manager, Muchlis Kaharuddin.

But in this cut-throat business world, if your management staff does not have the guts to sample cat, rat and bat meat, he probably would not have the guts to chow down business rivals.
